Tuesday 22nd Feb

3 sets of Shuttle Runs, with 3 mins recovery between sets.

Grp 1. Each set consists of 10 reps of 30 second jog followed by 20 second sprint.

Grp 2. As above but 9 reps.

Grp 3. As above but 7 reps.

Grp 4. Easy 3m run.

The route is along the Quayside.

Thursday 24th Feb

Grp 1. 3 x 10 mins with 3 mins recovery between reps.

Grp 2. 3 x 8 mins with 3 mins recovery between reps.

Grp 3. 3 x 7 mins with 3 mins recovery between reps.

Grp 4. Easy 3m run.

The session starts at Walkergate Metro station, heads up Benfield Road > Coach Lane, and then down Benton Road > Chillingham Road.

All sessions start with a 1 mile warm-up run and finish with a cool-down run.
