Hi Folks,

club sessions for this week are;

Tuesday 8th March

Hills x 9 (on the outskirts of Newcastle Hmm?)

Thursday 10th March

2 x 15 minutes with 4 minutes recovery between reps

(For those wanting to push themselves during the reps I propose the following;
6mins @ 1/2 mara pace, 5 mins @ 10k pace, 4 mins @ 5k pace)

Saturday 12th March

Newcastle parkrun and/or Blaydon XC
