Club sessions for this week are;

Tuesday 15th March

Group 1
4 x 2 mins followed by 4 x 2 1/2 mins followed by 4 x 3 mins (1 min recovery between reps)

Group 2
12 x 2 minutes (1 min recovery)

Group 3
10 x 2 minutes (1 min recovery)

Group 4
Easy 3 mile run

Route: Walker Road/Fossway



Thursday 17th March

Group 1
3 mins @ 5k pace (90 sec rest)
6 mins @ 10k pace (90 sec rest)
3 mins @ 5k pace (90 sec rest)
6 mins @ 10k pace (90 sec rest)
3 mins @ 5k pace (90 sec rest)
6 mins @ 10k pace (90 sec rest)

Group 2
6 x 4 mins with 2 mins recovery

Group 3
7 x 3 mins with 90 sec recovery

Group 4
Easy 3 mile run

Route: Starting from Walkergate Metro Station, Benfield Road, Coach Lane, Benton Road, Chillingham Road, finishing at Chillingham Arms Pub.

All sessions will begin and end with a 1 mile warm-up/cool-down run.
