Hi folks,

Club sessions for the coming week are;

Tuesday 22nd March

Group 1: 6 x 1 mile with 2 minute recoveries

Group 2: 5 x 1 mile with 2 minute recoveries

Group 3: 4 x 1 mile with 2 minute recoveries

Group 4: Easy 3 mile run

Route: Newcastle Quayside

Thursday 24th March

For those racing at the weekend (Thirsk 10M or Northumberland Half Marathon): 400m, 800m, 1 mile, 800m, 400m

For the rest: Brisk 3 Mile run

All sessions will start/finish with 1 mile warm up / cool down run.
