Club sessions this week;
Tuesday 29th March
Group 1: 8 x 800 with 90 seconds recovery between reps (target time of 2m 40s for each rep)
Group 2: 7 x 800 with 90 seconds recovery
Group 3: 6 x 800 with 90 seconds recovery
Session will take place along Rothbury Terrace (Heaton)
Thursday 31st March
All groups
5 minutes steady (1/2 marathon pace) 1 minute recovery
5 x 4 minutes @ 10k pace with 2 minutes recovery
5 minutes steady (1/2 marathon pace) 1 minute recovery
Map of route will be posted on web later in week
Saturday 2nd April
First race of summer Grand Prix Series
9.00am start at Exhibition Park (don’t forget to take your parkrun barcode)
