This week’s sessions are;
Tuesday 12th April
All groups: 3 x 1 mile (5k pace) with 3 minutes recovery between reps.
Newcomers (or those wanting to simply go for a run) an easy 3 mile run.
Proposed route: Newcastle quayside
Thursday 14th April (Threshold Run)
Group 1. 3 x 10 minutes with 3 minutes recovery between reps
Group 2. 3 x 9 minutes (3 mins recovery)
Group 3. 3 x 8 minutes (3 mins recovery)

Proposed route: Start at Walkergate Metro Station, run up Benfield Road, over Coast Road flyover onto Coach Lane, turn left at traffic lights on Whitley Road, left again at Four Lane Ends R’bout, down Benton Road, over Coast Road, and down Chillingham Road. Finish beside Chillingham Arms pub.
