A magnificent 23 Tyne Bridge Harriers turned out for the 3rd race of the club’s parkrun Grand Prix series. And despite the blustery conditions there were several great performances with PB’s aplenty throughout the results.

dave appleby is missing from list
DD doesn’t look like my time, 17.59 on my Garmin, was recorded after the problems with scanning the barcode. I will mail Parkrun when the site comes back on line.
None the less a brilliant turnout in Black and White
click on the graph for age grading etc, v 45 team is starting to gather strength with richard tailford and daniel birchall fighting for the line and gaining pb’s, .
7 PB’s in total , Denise twice in two runs, Gary Wright and Chris Meek. I am reliably informed that Chris Thompson knocked more than a minute off his pb
Good to see Paul Hilton starting to lean towards sub 17 with a pb of 17.30
Happy days and for those that did’nt run well keep up that hard work, focus and you will achieve your goal
richard tailford finished the parkrun went home then did 42 mins at the allendale 8 mile challenge, amazing day of running richard which i am sure brother louis will elaborate on later
Wow!!! What a turn out, TBH are taking over the race. Just seen some photos over on crackbook. Well done all especially to Richard, great meeting him today, two impressive times in one day. Dave has taken over report writing duties and my dad took a few pics too. Class day!
10% of today’s Park Rub runners from TBH. Dave A and Mark F also counted, so 8 TBH’s in top 12 I reckon. what a great advert for the club. amazing performance from Richard – he outpaced me on the home straight, had no idea he was about to burn up the competition in allendale as well…
Amazing turn out and it looked brilliant with the majority of club runners in club colours. I’m simply amazed that anyone got a PB in those blustery conditions, let alone 7 of our athletes… congratulations to you A testament to the quality of training that DD & DA are setting out on club nights and track sessions as well as individuals inner strength and determination to deliver fine performances in challenging conditions. Well done everyone.
Fantastic turnout and a big kick up the proverbial whatsit to those who had doubts about a new club in the NE
