Training sessions for next week are as follows;
 
Tuesday 6th September
 
Group 1. Steady 3 mile run @ 6.20 mile pace
 
Group 2. Steady 3 mile run @ 7.0 mile pace
 
Groups 3 & 4. Session to be announced on evening.

 
Thursday 8th September
 
Group 1. 8 x 3 minutes, with 1 minute recoveries
 
Group 2. 7 x 3 minutes, with 1 minute recoveries
 
Groups 3 & 4. Session to be announced on evening.
