This week’s training sessions for Groups 1 and 2 are as follows;

Tuesday 13th
4 x 1 Mile (with 2 minutes recovery)

Thursday 15th
2 sets of (1 x 4 mins (90 seconds recovery), 5 x 1 mins (30 seconds recovery) with 3 minutes recovery between sets

All sessions to include 1 Mile warm up & cool down runs.

Sessions for Groups 3, 4 & 5 to be announced on club night.

  1. Aren’t I always kind to Groups 1 & 2 haha!!

    The session may be slightly revised due to the strong winds (but not because I’m going soft in my old age).
