Well done to the 5 gents who represented Tyne Bridge Harriers on Saturday by putting in some solid performances.
Worthy mentions go to Dave Appleby who claimed 12th position and first in his Age Category. Mike Norbury made his debut at Newcastle parkrun and clocked a decent 19:17. John Hurse completed the 5K on the Town Moor then traveled directly to Temple Park in South Shileds to compete in the Sherman Cup XC event.

The 5K race was won by Eoin Everard on his debut Newcastle parkrun in a superb time of 15:40
