We had club athletes taking part in our local parkruns at the weekend. Here’s a round up of the results
In Newcastle, 7 Tyne Bridge Harriers turned out to run the weekly 5k course
Both Gavin Townsend & Chris Parkin took on the course for the very first time and recorded some great times.
