This week’s training sessions for Groups 1, 2 & 3.

Tuesday 6th December

All groups: 3 sets (1.1, 2.2, 3.3)
Session to take place along Newcastle Quayside

Thursday 8th December
An easy run for all those competing in Saturday’s North East Cross Country Championships.

For those members not competing in the Championships, 2 x 10 minutes threshold run, with 3 minutes recovery between intervals.

Sessions for Groups 4 & 5 to be announce on club night.
