Tuesday 13th
Hills

Thursday 15th
Gp 1. 5 miles cascade run
Gp 2 & 3. 4 miles cascade run

Sessions for Groups 4 & 5 to be announced at club.

  2. Thanks Kenny. I must also thank the other coaches, Catherine Willis and Sean Kelly, for their help tonight, assisting with the session. I couldn’t do it on my own.
