Deka and I have just returned from our trip to Vietnam. We were hoping to run out there but having looked on You Tube before we went, there are almost 3 million motorbikes in Hanoi, the capital, and there are few traffic lights or road lanes. Walking across the road would prove difficult, never mind running. Anyway a bit more research online I came across the Hanoi Hash House Harriers.

Our fabulous friends at Natural Hero have sent us another batch or Hot Ginger Muscle Rub samples. The product was very popular last time around when we handed out sachets after the final Summer GP Race in Jesmond Dene back in September.

The first Race Report of 2012 has been submitted by our fantastic Ladies Captain Denise Waugh from the Morpeth 11K. It really seemed like a good idea at the time. A race, on New Year’s Day, would be an excellent start to 2012. At least, that was how it seemed a week ago. New
