Tuesday 21st

Winter Grand Prix Race 5

Thursday 23rd

One – 5 mins easy, 5 mins medium, 8 mins hard, 5 mins medium, 5 mins easy*
Two – 4 mins easy, 5 mins medium, 7 mins hard, 5 mins medium, 4 mins easy*
Three – 4 mins easy, 4 mins medium, 6 mins hard, 4 mins medium, 4 mins easy*
Four – 2 x 10 minutes (4 minutes recovery)
Five – 2 x 8 minutes (4 minutes recovery)

*(easy = half marathon pace, medium = 10 mile pace, hard = 10k pace)

Specific routes to be announced on the night.
