Training sessions for the week commencing 12th March 2012 are as follows;
Tues 13th
1. 2M @ 6.50, 1 min recovery, 4 x 3 mins (60 secs recovery), 2 mins rest, 4 x 3 mins (60 secs recovery), 2M @ 6.50 pace
2. 1.5M @ 7.20, then same as Group 1, 1.5M @ 7.20
3. 20 min Tempo Surge (no specific pace)
4. Hills (5 short, 5 long)
Thur 15th
1. 25 min Tempo Surge @ 6.20 pace
2. 22 min Tempo Surge @ 7.0 pace
3. 1.5M @ 7.50, 4 x 3 mins (60 secs recovery), 2 mins rest, 4 x 3 mins (60 secs recovery), 1.5M @ 7.50
4. 15 min Tempo Surge
Group 5 sessions to be announced on the night along with specific routes
All sessions to include A 10 minute Warm-Up and Warm-Down
