Groups 1, 2 & 3: Hills Session (Group leaders to select hills).

Group 4: 10 x 2 minutes (1 minute recoveries)

Group 5: To be announced on club night

 

Thursday 29th March

Groups 1, 2 & 3: 3 x 10 minutes @ LT pace (3 minutes recoveries)

Group 4: 4 x 5 minutes (2 minutes recoveries)

Group 5: To be announced on club night

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
