Group 2: 2 x 2 miles (3 mins recovery)
Group 3: 2 x 2 miles (4 minutes recovery)
Groups 4 & 5: Session to be announced at club
Thursday 5th April
Groups 1, 2 & 3: 2 sets (5 mins/4 mins/3 mins/2 mins/1 min) half recovery times with 2 minutes between sets
Groups 4 & 5: Session to be announced at club
All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

what pace will group 3 be doing??
Group 3 usually do their mile reps @ 6.50 / 7.0 minute pace.
This week’s sessions for Group 4 are;
Tuesday: Pyramid 2 mins, 4 mins, 6 mins, 4 mins, 2 mins
Thursday: 1 hr easy run (due to race fixtures over weekend)
Dave Anderson has said that there will be no session tonight ,there will be a 1hour steady run at club for those who are not racing tomorrow morning.
