Group 4: Session to be announced on club night

Group 5: Session to be announced on club night

 

Thursday 10th

Group 1: 12 x 40 second sprints

Group 2: 11 x 40 second sprints

Group 3: 10 x 40 second sprints

Group 4: Session to be announced on club night

Group 5: Session to be announced on club night

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
