Group 2: 10 x 2 minutes (1 min recoveries)
Group 3: 10 x 2 minutes (1 min recoveries)
Group 4: 4 x 1 Mile
Group 5: To be announced on club night
Thursday 24th May
Group 1: 1 Mile @ MP, 3 Mile @ LT, 1 Mile @ MP
Group 2: 1 Mile @ MP, 3 Mile @ LT, 1 Mile @ MP
Group 3: 1 Mile @ MP, 2 Mile @ LT, 1 Mile @ MP
Group 4: 5 min (85% effort), 10 min (80% effort),5 min (85% effort)
Group 5: To be announced on club night
All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs

Remember its the club championships on Wed at the Poly’s 10k.
So dont do a hard sess on Tues if ye want to get the best out of yourself on Wed.
