This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 29th May

Groups 1,2 & 3: 400’s & 800’s

Group 4: 7 minute tempo run, 6 x 30 seconds, 2 x 1 Mile

Group 5: To be announced on club night

 

Thursday 31st May

Groups 1, 2 & 3: Hills

Group 4: 2 sets (1 x 4min, 5 x 1min)

Group 5: to be announced on club night

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs
