  1. Mile reps along the Quayside. It doesn’t get any better than that. Tyne Bridge Harriers flying along the banks of the Tyne. GET IN.

  2. Arrgh! Cant make training this week and these are my favourite sessions, especially Tempo Ssuuuuurrrge!!

  3. I’m assuming tonight’s session is off given the quayside is under several inches of water in places?

    • That’s correct Richard, tonight’s session is off. Byker pool has had to close due to the poor weather. Don’t laugh, but the pool is flooded ;-)
