Tuesday 31st

Groups 1, 2 & 3: Sprints

Group 4: Pyramid 1min, 2min, 4min, 6min, 4min, 2min, 1min

Group 5: 20min Progression Run

 

Thursday 2nd August

Group 1: 4 x 1 Mile

Group 2: 4 x 1 Mile

Group 3: 3 x 1 Mile

Group 4: To Be Announced

Group 5: 8 x Hills

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs
