Group 5: 20min Tempo Surge

 

Wednesday 8th Aug

Circuits in the Park (Leazes Park @ 5.30pm)

 

Thursday 9th Aug

Group 1: 2 x 2Mile

Group 2: 2 x 2Mile

Group 3: 2 x 2Mile

Group 4: TBA

Group 5: 2 x 3min, 4 x 2min, 3 x 1min

 

All sessions include warm-up and cool-down runs.
