this week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 21st

Group 1: 2 sets 4 x 800m

Group 2: 2 sets 4 x 800m

Group 3: 2 sets 3 x 800m

Group 4: 2 sets of 1 x 4 minutes, 5 x 1 minute

Group 5: 20min Fartlek

 

Thursday 23rd

Groups 1, 2 & 3: 10 x hills (200m-300m reps)

Group 4: Hills

Group 5: 4 x 5 mins

 

Also, Wednesday & Saturday:

Circuits in the park. Fitness class led by club member, Stephen Dixon. Check www.circuitsinthepark.org for further details
