Gp One: 5 x 1M

Gp Two: 5 x 1M

Gp Three: 4 x 1M

Gp Four: 10 x 2 mins

Gp Five: 5 x 2 min, 10 x Shuttles

 

Thursday 30th

Gp One: 5 Mile progression run

Gp Two: 5 Mile progression run

Gp Three: 4 Mile progression run

Gp Four: Pyramid 1, 2, 4, 6, 4, 2, 1

Gp Five: 20 min Tempo Surge

 

Wednesday & Saturday

Circuits in the Park (check out http://www.circuitsinthepark.org/ for further details).

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
