Gp.3: 3 sets of 5x1min

Gp.4: To be announced on club night

Gp.5: Hills

 

Thurs 6th Sept

Gp.1: 6M tempo run

Gp.2: 6M tempo run

Gp.3: 5M tempo run

Gp.4: To be announced on club night

Gp.5: Pyramid 1,3,5,3,1 minutes

All sessions include warm-up and cool-down runs.

 

Wednesday & Saturday
