Gp 1: 25 minutes Tempo Surge
Gp 2: 23 minutes Tempo Surge
Gp 3: 20 minutes Tempo Surge
Gp 4: 2 (1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min)
Gp 5: Hills & Shuttles
Thursday 15th
Gp 1: 3 (5 x 400m)
Gp 2: 3 (5 x 400m)
Gp 3: 3 (5 x 1 min)
Gp 4: 10 min Easy, 10 min Steady, 10 min Threshold Pace
Gp 5: 8 x 2 minutes
All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

Whereabouts are we (Grp 2) going to tonight to do that?
Hi Jacko, group 2 will be doing their session along the Quayside.
But there’ll be no time for admiring the scenery as I’m going to be pushing the group hard!!!
