Tuesday 20th

Group 1: 5 x 1200m

Group 2: 5 x 1200m

Group 3: 5 x 4 minutes

Group 4: 2(1 x 4 mins, 5 x 1min)

Group 5: 20 minutes Tempo Surge

 

Thursday 22nd

Group 1: Hills

Group 2: Hills

Group 3: Hills

Group 4: Hills

Group 5: 20 minutes Progression Run

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
