This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 27th

Group 1: 2(5 x 600)

Group 2: 2(5 x 600)

Group 3: 2(5 x 90s)

Group 4: 20 minutes Tempo Surge

Group 5: Pyramid (1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 3 min, 1 min)

 

Thursday 29th

Group 1: 5 x 1 Mile

Group 2: 5 x 1 Mile

Group 3: 4 x 7 minutes

Group 4: 4(5 x 1 min)

Group 5: 5 x 3 minutes

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

    • Hiya Jacko, I won’t be there tonight (or Thursday) but as it’s a speed session I’d imagine the best place would be the quayside as there won’t be many interruptions during the reps. One minute recovery between the reps and 2 1/2 minutes between sets.

  1. Cheers mate – enjoy your nights off – the only rerason I ask is so i know whether to come straight in after work or go home so I don’t need to go back from Wallsend to pick up my gear from Byker LOL.

    Well there’s that like – Ah divvint wear a coat me like.
