This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 4th

TBH Winter G.P. Series: Race 3

Members are asked to meet at East End Pool between 6:00-6:30pm for registration, before making their way to race start.

New runners are welcome to come along and join in, but please read the race guidelines here

 

Thursday 6th

Group 1: 3 (7 x 200m)

Group 2: 3 (7 x 30s)

Group 3: 3 (6 x 30s)

Group 4: TBA

Group 5: TBA

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

  1. The session for Group 1 consists of 3 sets (7 x 200m sprints, with 45 seconds jog recovery) with 2 minutes between sets.
    Group 2, 3 sets (7 x 30 seconds sprints, with 45 seconds jog recovery) with 2 minutes between sets.
    Group 3, 3 sets (6 x 30 seconds, 45 seconds jog recovery) with 2 mins between sets.
