Tuesday 8th January

TBH Winter Grand Prix Series: Race 4

 

Thursday 10th January

Group 1. 1 Mile, 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1, 1 Mile

Group 2. 1 Mile, 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1, 1 Mile

Group 3. 5 Minutes, 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1, 5 Minutes

Group 4. 10 x 2 minutes

Group 5. 3 Sets (6 x 1 Minute)

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

  1. Hi Jacko, you need to arrive early, between 6:0 – 6:30, to register for the race. The whole club will then jog down to the race at about 6:40.

    • you’re never a nuisance (just a pest haha!!)

      Tonight, I was thinking of starting next to Walkergate Metro Station and finishing in Heaton.

  2. Spot on – I’ll still come up to the pool then to start off with the group (and in case plans change – “events dear boy, events”) and at the end if we’re out around Heaton I’ll make way home from there (rather than going back to Byker). Catch ya later.
