This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 15th January

Gp 1: 1 Mile Tempo Pace, 2 sets (5 x 400m), 1 Mile TP

Gp 2: 1 Mile TP, 5 x 400m, 4 x 400m, 1 Mile TP

Gp 3: 5 Minutes TP, 2 sets (4 x 80s), 5 Minutes TP

Gp 4: 2 sets (1 x 4 Minutes, 5 x 1 Minute)

Gp 5: 8 x 2 Minutes

 

 

Thursday 17th January

Gp 1: 4 Mile Cascade Run

Gp 2: 4 Mile Cascade Run

Gp 3: 4 Mile Cascade Run

Gp 4: 7 x 3 Minutes

Gp 5: 20 Minutes Tempo Surge

 

Option of steady run for members taking part in Brass Monkey Half Marathon.

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
