This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 12th

Group 1: Hills*

Group 2: Hills*

Group 3: Hills*

Group 4: 8 x 2 minutes; 6 x 1 minute

Group 5: 8 x 2 minutes

*group coach/leader to pick hill & no. of reps

 

Wednesday 13th

Beginners session. Meet at Byker Pool for 6:30pm start.

Thursday 14th

Group 1: 1M TP, 6 x 800m, 1M TP

Group 2: 1M TP, 6 x 800m, 1M TP

Group 3: 6 mins TP, 6 x 3 minutes, 6 mins TP

Group 4: 7 x 3 minutes

Group 5: 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 2 minutes, 5 x 1 minute

 

All sessions include warm-up and cool-down runs.
