I’m ok for leading group 2 on Tuesday night. Looking at the session that has been planned, I’m looking forward to it already. In terms of pace, could I have some feedback from group 2 regulars? How about 3 miles @ 6/35 pace, 2 miles at 6/20 pace and 1 mile @ 6 minute mile pace?
Aye Shaun I’d go for that – after a weather related disaster of a weekend in terms of EMF preperation I need some motivation and a mile @ 6m pace is certainly that.
Thursday’s session for Group 2 (1 Mile @ 6:40, 2 sets 6 x 400m, 1 Mile @ 6:40) will take place around Heaton.
