Tuesday 12th March
Group 1: 1M TP, 10 x 600m, 1M TP
Group 2: 1M TP, 10 x 2 minutes, 1M TP
Group 3: 5 minutes TP, 10 x 2 minutes, 5 minutes TP
Group 4: 1-2-4-6-4-2-1
Group 5: 20 minutes Tempo Surge
Wednesday 13th March
Beginner’s session: Starting at 6:30pm from bottom of Glasshouse St. (next to the Marine’s Base). Click here for further details.
Thursday 14th March
Group 1: 6 x 1 Mile
Group 2: 6 x 1 Mile
Group 3: 5 x 1 Mile
Group 4: Hills
Group 5: 3 sets (6 x 1 minute)
If you are not a member but are keen on running and are interested in the benefits of joining a club, why not come along to one of our sessions.
We have different groups to suit everyone’s ability and our Coaches take pride in helping runners achieve their goals; whether that’s simply to finish a 5k race or set a marathon personal best time.
