This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 19th March
Group 1: 3 x 2 Miles
Group 2: 3 x 2 Miles
Group 3: 3 x 12 minutes
Group 4: 20 minute tempo surge
Group 5: 6 Hills/Shuttles

 

Wednesday 20th March
Beginner’s Group

 

Thursday 21st March
Group 1: 1 Mile @ Threshold Pace, 20 x 200m, 1 Mile TP
Group 2: 1 Mile TP, 20 x 30s, 1 Mile TP
Group 3: 5 minutes TP, 20 x 30s, 5 minutes TP
Group 4: 2 Sets (6 x 1 minute), followed by Shuttles
Group 5: 8 x 2 minutes

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
