Group 2: 6 Mile run
Group 3: 5 Mile run
Group 4: 2 Mile run
Group 5: 5 x 3 minutes
Wednesday
Beginner’s session.
Thursday
Group 1: 10 x 600m
Group 2: 10 x 2 minutes
Group 3: 10 x 2 minutes
Group 4: 7 x 3 minutes
Group 5: 20 minutes Fartlek
All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
