This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 23 April

Group 1: 6 x 1 Mile

Group 2: 6 x 1 Mile

Group 3: 5 x 1 Mile

Group 4: Hills

Group 5: 2 x 5 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 1 minutes

 

Wednesday 24 April

Junior Section: 6:00pm at East End Pool.

Pyramid session, with focus on arm swing & hips. Warm-up jog to Heaton Park followed by dynamic drills.

Beginner’s Session: 6:30pm at East End Pool.

 

Thursday 25 April

Group 1: 1 Mile @ Threshold Pace, 3 (1:2:3:4)

Group 2: 1 Mile @ TP, 3 (1:2:3:4)

Group 3: 5 minutes @ TP, 3 (1:2:3:4)

Group 4: Snail Session (don’t ask because I’ve no idea DD ;-) )

Group 5: Hills

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

  1. Well what exacyly does Thursday for Gp4 mean?! Haha..and are these sessions concrete? Depending on the session decides if I attend :) thankyouuu, Gemma
