This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 14th

Group 1: 6 x 1 Mile

Group 2: 6 x 1 Mile

Group 3: 5 x 1 Mile

Group 4: 4 x 1 Mile

Group 5: Pyramid Session

 

Wednesday 15th

Junior Section: 6:00pm at East End Pool. This week’s session is 1.5 Mile Time Trial.

Beginner’s Session: 6:30pm at East End Pool.

 

Thursday 16th

Group 1: 3 x 1 minute, 3 Mile Threshold Run, 3 x 1 minute

Group 2: 3 x 1 minute, 3 Mile Threshold Run, 3 x 1 minute

Group 3: 3 x 1 minute, 3 Mile Threshold Run, 3 x 1 minute

Group 4: 3 x 1 minute, 15 minutes Threshold Run, 3 x 1 minute

Group 5: 6 x 2 minutes, 3 x 1 minute

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

 

New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.

There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you definitely won’t be left behind to run on your own.

Go on, it’s never too late to start running.
