This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 21st May

Group 1: 6 Miles progression run

Group 2: 6 Miles progression run

Group 3: 5 Miles progression run

Group 4: 25 minutes progression run

Group 5: Hills & Shuttles

 

Wednesday 22nd May

Junior Section: Start time 6:00pm.

Beginners Section: NO session this week but it will return next week.

 

Thursday 23rd May

Group 1: 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 minutes

Group 2: 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 minutes

Group 3: 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 minutes

Group 4: 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 minutes

Group 5: 20 minutes Fartlek run

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

Full details of training sessions have been emailed to members.
