Group 1: 6 x 1 Mile
Group 2: 6 x 1 Mile
Group 3: 5 x 1 Mile
Group 4: 4 x 1 Mile
Group 5: Plyometrics & Shuttles
Wednesday 12th (updated)
Beginners Session: East End Pool at 6:30pm.
Thursday 13th
Group 1: 1M TP, 3(5×400), 1M TP
Group 2: 1M TP, 3(5x80s), 1M TP
Group 3: 5 mins TP, 3(5x80s), 5 mins TP
Group 4: 5 mins TP, 3(4x90s), 5 mins TP
Group 5: 8 x 2 minutes
All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

Hi Paul, there will be a beginner’s session, starting from East End Pool at 6:30pm.
