Tuesday 18th
Group 1: 3*2 Miles
Group 2: 3*2 Miles
Group 3: 3*2 Miles
Group 4: 1 Mile, 2 Miles, 1 Mile
Group 5: 2*5 mins, 2*3 mins, 3*1 min

Wednesday 19th
Beginners Section: 6:30pm at East End Pool

Thursday 20th
Group 1: 7*1k
Group 2: 7*3 mins
Group 3: 7*3 mins
Group 4: 6*3 mins
Group 5: 20 min tempo surge

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
