Tuesday 25th
Group 1: 2 x 3 miles
Group 2: 2 x 3 miles
Group 3: 3 x 4 mins, followed by 6 x 2 mins.
Group 4: 2 x 2 miles
Group 5: Hills
Wednesday 26th
Beginner’s session: 6:30pm at East End Pool
Thursday 27th
Group 1: Hills
Group 2: Hills
Group 3: Hills
Group 4: Hills
Group 5: 4 x 4 minutes
All sessions include warm-up and cool-down runs.
