This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 2nd July

Group 1: 5 x 4 minutes

Group 2: 5 x 4 minutes

Group 3: 5 x 4 minutes

Group 4: 5 x 4 minutes

Group 5: 20 min Tempo Surge

 

Wednesday 3rd July

There is NO beginner’s session this week.

 

Thursday 4th July

Group 1: Pyramid Session

Group 2: Pyramid Session

Group 3: Pyramid Session

Group 4: Pyramid Session

Group 5: 3 sets (5 x 1 min)

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

Please note, sessions may be altered at the discretion of Group Coach/Leader.
