Tuesday 30th
Group 1: 2 x 2 miles
Group 2: 2 x 2 miles
Group 3: 2 x 2 miles
Group 4: 3 x 1 mile
Group 5: 20 mins Fartlek

Wednesday 31st
Beginners group: 6:30pm at East End Pool

Thursday 1st
Group 1: 2(5 x 600m)
Group 2: 2(5 x 2 mins)
Group 3: 2(5 x 2 mins)
Group 4: 2(4 x 2 mins)
Group 5: TBA

Sessions may vary to coaches discretion.
