This week’s training sessions are;

Tuesday 6th
Group 1: 4 x 5 minutes
Group 2: 4 x 5 minutes
Group 3: 4 x 5 minutes
Group 4: 4 x 5 minutes
Group 5: 20 minute Fartlek

Wednesday 7th
Beginner’s Session: 6:30pm at East End Pool

Thursday 8th
Group 1: 4(800m, 200m)
Group 2: 4(3 min, 40s)
Group 3: 4(3 min, 40s)
Group 4: 4(3 min, 30s)
Group 5: 5 x 3 minutes

Note: Sessions may vary on Coaches discretion.
