Beginners’ Group: East End Pool at 6:30pm
Thursday 22nd
Group 1: 2 (5 x 400m)
Group 2: 2 (5 x 90s)
Group 3: 2 (5 x 90s)
Group 4: 2 (5 x 90s)
Group 5: Pyramid 1 min – 3 mins – 5 mins – 3 mins – 1 min
