Group 1: 1 x 1200m, 2 x 800m, 3 x 400m, 4x200m, 2 x 100m

Group 2: 1 x 4 mins, 2 x 3 mins, 3 x 2 mins, 4 x 1 min

Group 2: 1 x 4 mins, 2 x 3 mins, 3 x 2 mins, 4 x 1 min

Group 2: 1 x 4 mins, 2 x 3 mins, 3 x 2 mins, 4 x 1 min

Group 5: 2 x 4 mins, 2 x 3 mins, 3 x 1 min

 

Wednesday 21st

Beginners’ Group: East End Pool at 6:30pm

 

Thursday 22nd

Group 1: 2 (5 x 400m)

Group 2: 2 (5 x 90s)

Group 3: 2 (5 x 90s)

Group 4: 2 (5 x 90s)

Group 5: Pyramid 1 min – 3 mins – 5 mins – 3 mins – 1 min
