This week’s training sessions are;
Tuesday 8th October
Group 1: 2 (400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m)
Group 2: 2 (1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min)
Group 3: 2 (1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min)
Group 4: 2 (1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min)
Group 5: 1 x 3 minutes, 4 x 1 minute
Wednesday 9th October
Beginners Session: 6:30pm at Royal Marines Reserve Base (bottom of Glasshouse Street, Low Walker).

Thursday 10th
Group 1: Tempo Surge or 20s Striders
Group 2: Tempo Surge or 20s Striders
Group 3: Tempo Surge or 20s Striders
Group 4: Tempo Surge or 20s Striders
Group 5: Fartlek
NB. sessions may change on discretion of group leader.
New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.
There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
