This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 19th

Group 1: Mile reps

Group 2: Mile reps

Group 3: Mile reps

Group 4: Mile reps

Group 5: 20 minutes Fartlek

 

 

Wednesday 20th

Beginners session, 6:30pm at East End Pool. This session is for aimed at beginners and may not be suitable for experienced runners.

 

 

Thursday 21st

Group 1: 1 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 2 minutes, 4 x 1 minute

Group 2: 1 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 2 minutes, 4 x 1 minute

Group 3: 1 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 2 minutes, 4 x 1 minute

Group 4: 1 x 4 minutes, 2 x 3 minutes, 3 x 2 minutes, 4 x 1 minute

Group 5: 3 sets (5 x 1 minute)

 

note. sessions may change to discretion of Group Coach

 

New runners are always welcome along on a club night to try out the training sessions.

There’ll be no pressure to join, no expectation to run beyond your means and you won’t be left behind to run on your own.
